A strong community

The large number of members and volunteers throughout Germany makes the TID a powerful Tibet Support Group.

Our Volunteers 

• Organize vigils and demonstrations in protest against the political situation in Tibet.
• Organize public talks and other events to inform the German public about the occupation of Tibet.
• Collect signatures, e.g. for our FREE ME campaign for the release of political prisoners.
• Maintain contact with regional political decision makers.
  
• Awaken the public interest in the Tibet issue and mobilize individuals for political action.
• Act as contact persons for the local press and the public.
